Denny Long Denny is a hard-working family man with a career that has been both long and distinguished. From humble beginnings as a high school student chopping lettuce part-time for his family-owned business, Denny rose to the position of Vice-Chairman of The Coronet Group as he helped his parents grow the business into one of the top produce companies in the country. In addition to his responsibilities with day-to-day operations, Denny was in charge of the company’s vast real estate holdings—everything from production facilities and warehouses, to offices, apartments, and undeveloped land—all told a multi-million dollar portfolio with operating plants in four states and investment properties from California through Florida, and with holdings oversea's. He also headed a $6-million construction project at The Coronet Group’s West Virginia processing facility, and managed all aspects of the development, including design, construction supervision, security, and effective implementation of the new space into existing production lines. Denny has a degree in business administration from West Liberty University. Denny also has an analytical mind, a keen eye for value, and a proven track record of success. Anyone looking for proof of this success can look to his sale of The Coronet Group’s Florida real estate holdings for over $15-million, which earned the company $5-million in profits. Denny founded the HL Real Estate Group in North Carolina & South Carolina and has dedicated himself full-time to his passion for real estate. Denny has closed over $5-million in real estate transactions, and has become the licensed Broker in Charge (BIC) for North and South Carolina, with a focus on Charlotte real estate, given his familiarity with the area and his knowledge of the local market. His dedication and passion for real estate makes Denny an invaluable asset to his clients. Denny is a proud father of two sons, and lives in the Lake Norman area with Cheryl, his wife of over thirty years.

When you’re searching to buy a home in Charlotte you often hear the
"Denny is an amazing Realtor. He knows more about Charlotte and Lake Norman than the mayor and is extremely diligent. Denny uncovered every stone when we were searching for our home. Every morning he would email us new homes that just went on sale. When our home came on the market Denny called us and said I think I found a house that you guys are going to like but we need to hurry because it is going to go fast because of the location and price. We looked at the home that morning and put in an offer right away, however, so did to other people. We ultimately got the home and I am 100% certain that we would not have had it if it had not been for Denny and his diligence. He is incredibly Knowledgeable and made the process of buying a home amazing.
